Plain language, because that’s how we do everything. Effective July 2026.
When you use our contact form, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company, and your message. That’s it. We don’t buy data about you, and we don’t collect anything behind your back.
To respond to you, and to have a useful conversation about your project. If we work together, we’ll keep your contact details for the course of the relationship. We never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
We use standard website analytics to understand how people use this site — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your experience of the site.
Our website is hosted by a third-party provider, and our contact form is processed by a form service. To block spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These providers handle data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
If you participate in a Litmus consumer testing panel, your responses are used solely for the research they were collected for. Feedback shared with our clients is anonymized — verbatim comments are never attributed to you by name without your explicit consent.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll take care of it — no forms, no runaround.
Reach out through our contact page and you’ll hear back from an actual person.
